Wrongly spelt item,ignoring emails

My overall experience was terrible. The item arrived wrongly spelt so I asked for a replacement having sent a photo of wrongly spelt item. It was agreed but then I heard no more after numerous emails asking for either refund or replacement. It. Was for my 13yr old granddaughter birthday who has just arrived from Australia. Very very disappointed.
