Received the item in good condition. Quality of item was good. Properly packed. But didn’t get the sizes I ordered which was M and XS. Instead received both in S.
Terrible customer service ! Completely helpless and now I’m inconvenienced by the process of having to return these jumpers
Contacted the seller to enquire about why the item hasn’t been shipped a day before the expected delivery date. I expressed that I didn’t want the item anymore because I needed it by the delivery date and it wouldn’t arrive. Seller proceeded to ship the items ON the expected delivery date after I had expressed my frustrations and that I no longer wanted the item. Ridiculous
