Ordered a personalised cake topper (including his age) for my son-in-laws birthday but realised as soon as I ordered it that I was not sure if I had his age correct ( and hadn’t as it turned out! ) so panic set in and emailed Pomchick asking them to amend the age. As I had already left it rather late to order, I asked them to get it to me by the deadline which they did and showing the correct age! Thank you Pomchick and also for a very smart looking cake topper too! Fabulous customer service much appreciated.

Just received a fabulous cake topper for my son-in-laws birthday cake and it looks fabulous! Also on my initial order I made a mistake with his age and e-mailed to try and put that right and still have it arrive on time!
However, the cake topper still arrived a week ahead of deadline and with the correct age too so thank you for such an efficient service together with a brilliant topper to set off the cake. Just hope the cake doesn’t let it down!!!
