Very disappointed with the customer service from this company. I paid extra for the express P&P service, however I didn't receive this service. There was a delay in the company sending the item, so I didn't receive it in time. They blamed it on the Christmas busyness, but this is unacceptable not to put one item in the post within a good time period. I have asked repeatedly for my P&P costs to be refunded but they are now not replying to my emails. Very upset with this - it's poor customer service and disappointing for them not to respond - it's no way to treat a customer.
Afraid the product couldnt be used as it was far too big. We bought age 10 I think but jumper was huge. Would have been too big for me, never mind my daughter. Didn't bother returning as it took long enough to come with the postal strikes. Couldn't be bothered with the stress.
