Received the wrong item then took about 10 e mails to eventually get a refund .over a period of almost 3weeks . The promises that the item would be delivered & then the total lack of communication was dreadful as this was for a Ruby anniversary gift . Would definately not recommend

Rather disappointed to have received a 15% discount offer after purchase.
Coffee pot looks and feels cheap. Nice presentation box but £45 for 2 printed mugs and coasters is a bit much

Overall very pleased with the camp mug set delivered as stated but spoilt as the presentation box was damaged . Have spend time to repair the box as it was for my old friends retirement present.
