I ordered this product in the past and I was happy until now, that I placed a new order for a couple keyrings and picture replacements.
Order arrived on time but was missing more than half of the replacement images I ordered. I did contact customer service and despite answering next day confirming they would send missing items asap, after one week I haven’t still heard anything from them, when this was an urgent present that might not get on time.
On the top of that, after just one week of use, my keyring has all the gold letters almost completely faded.
All in all, very disappointed
