We will now be dispatching standard delivery orders every other day so please allow a little longer than usual,
We’ve introduced further changes to our operations and procedures in order to provide the best possible service we can whilst continuing to protect our staff in-line with guidelines on social distancing.
Our deliveries are managed through Royal Mail, we are back to a 24-hour standard turnaround on all orders, and Royal Mail services seem to be mostly back to normal. However please note there may still be the odd delay, particularly on international orders.
As the world is entering this period of uncertainty we are in no doubt that as a nation we will show nothing but kindness towards one another. We hope that you, your family, friends and colleagues keep safe and well. Please listen to your government and only leave your home if really necessary. This is an awful virus - if we all follow government guidelines we can all soon return back to normal and care for our loved ones.
