Perfect for the bride squad
Got the personalization incorrect, was for hen do which meant couldn’t use it like that. They agreed to send a replacement before the day but then no communication at all. I sent several messages but no reply after they had promised they’ll send a replacement instead of refund, and told me not to buy anything else. I was left with nothing for my hen do, having to find something in primark last minute. Unnecessary stress I didn’t need
The item arrived with wrong personalization, I needed it over the weekend. Super unresponsive seller. Said they can replace in time and I don’t need to go for a replacement. But then went unresponsive and I’ve been waiting for the parcel, now panicking las minute having to find a replacement for my hen do! Not something I wanted to worry about before the hen do. Really bad experience. And no regard for customer service, absolutely shocking. Would give 0 star if I could.
