Unfortunately, the delivery via Royal Mail was attempted twice before a successful delivery, which resulted in a delay in receiving the item.
It would have been useful to receive information ahead of the planned delivery (ie no delivery unless direct to a person) to allow me to enter delivery instructions on the app to allow a successful delivery 1st time.
Customer service from the seller was prompt, friendly & helpful.
