Firstly very disappointed with my original order of a first Easter card. The card I received did not have my great granddaughters name on it. After emailing customer service I was eventually told that, the card I had chosen, did not include a name and that I would have to make a new order. I was assured that the second card would arrive in time for Easter. That card has still not arrived.
